From your email send them to:

The subject line of your mail write the title of your composition, your name and, if desired , your place of residence. Example:

Finally, type or paste the composition you've made in your word processor (Word, Open Office, etc..) In the message body. If you mess up, no okay. Send it again. I deleted earlier.
